Cranes
Nordic Crane Group is a leader in the nordic countries. The organization consists of 700 employees and 500 modern mobile cranes, crane trucks and special equipment to move heavy structures. Prefab
Concrete and steel structures for buildings has been a focus area for over 30 years. Since 1997 we have had our own production in Uddevalla and Fredrikstad. During 2012/2013 the enlargement of the concrete element factory in Uddevalla will be ready. This enables a production volume of up to 200,000 tons a year. With the newest and best equipment, we are well positioned for the future.

Foundations
Kynningsrud Fundamentering has for years been a leader in the norwegian market, and makes foundations for everything from houses to major complex projects. This is a flexible organization that has a long tradition and experience with all types of foundation projects in Norway.

Property Development
Kynningsrud Eiendom facilitates and develops real estate projects for the business community through its own and affiliated companies in Norway and Sweden. Kynningsrud Eiendom has evolved to become an important focus area in the Kynningsrud Group.

Kynningsrud Prefab sells Scanpile shares

In 2006, Kynningsrud Prefab AB and Hercules Grundläggning AB established the concrete piles manufacturing company Scanpile AB with shares of 50 % each. After five years of cooperation the Board of Kynningsrud Prefab AB decided to sell out of this business to focus on developing its own factory in Uddevalla.

Scanpile AB manufactures and supplies concrete piles for the Swedish-Norwegian market from the factory located in Ucklum in Sweden.
31.12.2011 Hercules Grundläggning AB took over all the shares in Scanpile AB.

Division Director Pål Sanne in Kynningsrud Prefab says that it was natural to sell out, because pile production is not part of their core business.
Kynningsrud Prefab is in the middle of an investment phase for concrete production, where an investment plan of over 100 million will be implemented.

Kynningsrud Concrete is concrete product supplier to the Norwegian-Swedish market. The company has a good order book and will sell for over 350 million in 2012.
