The 5,500-square-foot commercial building located by the marina on the south side of Halden is now ready, and both Kynningsrud companies themselves and the tenants have moved into the building. We welcome you to our new premises at Storgata 2A.
At Kynningsrud’s premises in Halden over 100 people were invited to celebrate the recipients of the Cornerstone price, a special price for people particularly important to the companie’s development through the years . To put even more focus on the delivery of “Green tags”, several companies within Kynningsrud in winter created “Green Tag of the month”. Each month one incident report is distributed to all employees and reviewed on jobs. “Green tags” is perhaps the most important tool to an organization to capture what make us better.

In 2012, the Kynningsrud Group and Nordic Crane Kynningsrud AS decided to continue the good cooperation with NSP-Aid and their work for the development of children’s home for orphans, Faraja Children’s Home in Kenya. It was a happy day as the two new houses that we have collected funds for were completed and inaugurated. A delegation from the companies traveled to Kenya to be present at the opening and came back with memories for life. It was good to see that it is possible to help and that the money actually reaches the purpose.
In all, 90 friction piles will be put down for the new commercial building. This makes about 2 500 meters of piling. The pile lenght is between 30-37 meters.
