Turnkey contractor for residential projects
Construction began in September 2019. After property development, frame erection began.
It took approximately 10 weeks to build prefabricated building systems in concrete, from the basement up to the eighth floor. With this solution an external scaffolding was unnecessary, leaving it possible to simultaneously complete 99% of the facade.
Energy efficient construction
The building is designed in order to assure that energy consumption does not exceed 56% of the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations (BBR). It is energy-efficient, utilizing rock heat and solar cells as well as thicker walls.
