Happy to be of service!
Since 1946, Kynningsrud has been associated with contracting operations of high quality. Today, operations are conducted within the business areas Cranes, Precast, Property development, Building and Foundations. Every day, we are at work lifting high, building solid, and managing sensibly all over Norway and Sweden. Our vision “Being useful is our pleasure” is our driving force.
Heavy lifting – where you need it
Kynningsrud’s crane division is called Nordic Crane. With 300 employees and 300 modern mobile cranes and truck cranes, Nordic Crane is the leading mobile crane operator in Scandinavia. Top competence and top resources enable us to carry out all types of lifting operations and projects.
Property as business wants it
Kynningsrud Property facilitates and develops property projects for industry and business through its own and partner companies in Norway and Sweden. Whether the need is for offices, workshops, or warehousing, we constantly work at being able to offer attractive prospects that suit the needs of the customer. By focusing on long-term value creation, Kynningsrud Property has developed into an important business area for Kynningsrud.
In cooperation with our partners, we develop site areas as a contractor and property devlopment actor. We participate throughout the process until completion. We are building for expansive businesses that want a comprehensive solution for everything from the purchase of land space to finished buildings, but also for the private and public sectors. Our employees have long experience with building projects.
Develops new homes and living areas
Residential Development creates new homes and living areas in western Sweden. Our goal as residential developer is to contribute to developing society and creating new homes for the people. In collaboration with our partners, we create value through investing in, and developing properties.
Our color is signal green. The color was developed by Kynningsrud and presented in 1998.
We want to be at the forefront when it comes to the environment and sustainability in the construction industry. A transition from fossil fuel to renewable energy sources is necessary. We have invested in the world’s first all-electric mobile crane, we have electrical mobile tower cranes, and successively implement all we can in order to reduce the environmental footprint our machines leave. We know that reuse and recycling of building materials and interiors is important for protecting the environment when rehabilitating buildings, and we want to be a driving force for new buildings to be built as environmentally friendly as possible. We digitize processes, another step to reduce the imprint we make.
We are the green option.
